We knew going into selling our home/buying another that we would have a positive experience with Daniella. What we did not know is just how good the experience would be. Daniella kept us informed every step of the way. Even when things were happening that were totally out of our control as well as Daniella's, we were informed at record speed. Sarah Harris was also an excellent communicator and assisted us with everything that we needed. We are very pleased with our choice to use Bellator and Daniella Neilsen.

When our dream home popped up on the market, Daniela was showing us the property within 30 minutes of it going live! Daniela was always keeping us informed during each step of the process. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional when answering our many questions. Her assistant, Sarah, was incredible too! Sara was very timely in getting us information and keeping us in the loop. We would use Daniela over and over again in a heartbeat!
